My wife went in to get a battery for her car today and the employee didn't want to sell her a new battery he wanted to charge the old one and see if it worked even though we already knew and told him the battery was bad. Even if the battery wasn't bad it's not the point the customer asked to buy a battery so you give them a battery. When did the customer stop being right. Don't shop here. If you can find or make it to an O'Reilly or a Napa auto parts I recommend it the people at this auto zone don't seem to understand cars or business.

Auto zone is best to shop online than in the stores some in store reps give misinformation portray like their mechanics but thats not what auto parts is ..its exactly what it says its ok to give suggestions if asked i juat orefer inline purchases better
