We moved in a month ago. We are so happy we finally found place where is excellent customer service and amazing place to live. Alison made it so much easier for us. Any time we had questions she would respond right away. We wish all the companies would have someone like Alison working for them. Very very pleasant. Thank you Alison!!!!

I toured this community recently and absolutely fell in love! Kyra toured me around, she was so knowledgeable on the area and answered every question with a smile on her face. It is very clear she loves what she does! The apartments were so pretty and the community was well taken care of. Love the playground for my kids! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I have lived in several apartment complex' over the years and am currently leasing nearby, with some friends in this complex. I cannot begin to express how this place has turned around in the last year or so. I have been visiting Safire and am trying to get out of my current lease to get a unit at Safire. I have seen the complex and spoken to Allison at the office. She is very helpful and professional and I do hope i can make arrangements with my landlord to move here. My friends that live here have told me how they get quick turnaround on maintenance tickets, and I have personally seen how the grounds and units are being much better maintained than in the past. Well done Safire, with so many other bad apple management companies in the area, you all are doing great.

I had the pleasure of touring the facility and doing business with Ms. Kyra. This young lady was pleasant and wonderful the entire time. When I first moved in, there were a few problems with the apartment but she made sure things were handled and kept me posted on any updates. She even reached out to me a few days later to make sure I was enjoying my stay here, so five stars for her. The complex itself is nice and ducked off. When I first moved in there were a few issues with my unit but they were quickly resolved. The only problem/issue I have with the complex is there needs to be pressure washing done on all the buildings sooner rather than later. Other than that it’s quiet and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend moving here.
