I moved into this apartment complex in 2012 and as any apartment complex they have had issues, However I've been having a really bad electrical issue through out my apartment and couldn't get it fixed in the past year, that is until we received new management under Ms. Tara and Rochelle. They came in and made sure all the tenants as well as myself who were having issues were taking care of. I'm grateful for them because my Electricity is now fixed and as promised they delivered in a timely manner. The Staff is great and the Maintenance as well.

I am so excited to be living in these apartments I love the layout and sizes of the rooms! I had been applying for houses and couldn't get in so one day I stop pass and met with Rayshell and she showed me an apartment I applied and was approved within 2days what a blessing she was! I appreciate it

Rayshell was very thorough with explaining policy and procedures to secure a new place to live. She executed a great tour highlighting the various amenities featured in and around the complex. Y’all , what an amazing team! I just got done viewing what WILL be my apartment and let me tell you Rayshell and the team looked out for me! They’re renovating so the regular leasing office was closed, but I was still served respectfully and quickly. The apartment looks great and the price is exactly what was promised. I’m going to put in my application right now!! Once again, thank you so much Rayshell and the others!
