Got there around 11:40 and they close at 12. No attendant was at the window and no customers were even in the waiting area. I called out and it took someone a few minutes to come to the window. Then I was asked if I had an appointment, I said no. I know walk-ins are welcome at this location. She said I couldn't be seen because I didn't have an appointment. She said there were too many people waiting in the back, and that they stop accepting walk-ins when that happens. If this is the case, this location should be open longer. 12pm is not a lot of time to accommodate people who work full-time during the week, and no location is open on Sundays. I was already coming from another location further away in another city, because the first location locked the doors before their actual close time. Terrible service all around. I ended up going all the way to Manhattan since they're the only ones open later that accepted walk-ins. What should've been a short trip became hours of trying to get seen by someone to get simple lab work done. I used Labcorp last year, but won't after this. Moving forward, I need to find a doctor that can also do blood work in their office. All of this running around for what will end up being just a couple minutes of actual blood tests, is too much.

I went there at 825am. I had my blood work done by Efrain. Lightest hands I've ever seen. I got in and out in 25min.
