We have been loyal patients of Dr. Perveen for over 25 years and she has always treated us with respect and has been precise and on point with all medical diagnoses and prescriptions and medications. Excellent doctor with wonderful bedside manner and with extensive experience in internal medicine. Kudos to the excellent, exceptional and efficient medical staff who assist in the daily operations of the medical office and have to battle with the pharmacies for the correct prescriptions. But kindly medical staff work on your customer service skills by showing empathy, compassion and respect to all your patients especially the elderly patients who are going through the aging process and need more TLC and patience.💖One day all of us will be in their shoes and you as well will have to deal with young “whipper snappers”. This is constructive criticism not meant to hurt or hinder the staff in any way. Kindness goes a long way when dealing with the public. Billing needs to be sent in form of payment reminders to patients by email or cell phone. Discussion of bills should not take place in front of other clients. You will need a billing coordinator who will keep up with your medical billing situation with a private room for discussion. Billing cannot take place at the front desk. Not only will your clients become irate if there is a billing issue but you loose other clients watching this spectacle.

My husband and I have Dr. Perveen as our primary physician. We consult her for every health problem we have. She is very knowledgeable, explains every diagnosis. She is compassionate, caring, and kind. She has been successful in treating us.

I have been seeing this doctor for over 10 years. I have recommended family and friends to her, that is how fantastic I thought she was. If I could take this all back I would. Her office staff are the rudest most unprofessional group I have ever encountered at a business, especially a medical practice. They loudly berate, talk down to you, are argumentative, can never speak politely to anyone. And the fact that the Dr has kept this staff reflects how downhill this practice has gone. No patient should have to deal with abusive behavior while going to see a medical professional. Although calling this practice "professionals" is a stretch.

Dr.Perveen is kind and understanding. She listens but is no nonsense. Her office staff is also friendly. alfeel
