It’s been almost 1 year since I turned to this place, and they haven’t contacted me at all. I feel bad for people who have to wait for them to call or notify in some way so they can come and get the help they need to only waste their time, when they can go somewhere where they will actually get help. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would.

Horrible horrible horrible. It takes about for weeks of numerous calls for someone to finally answer. No one knows what's going on in that place. One person will transfer you to another person for them to tell you that you were miss formed than transfered to another person. Horrible. I only left one star because I can't leave just the tip of the star.

Horrible therapist by the name of Gillot, does nothing to help.. she stays connected through a zoom chat and laughs at your problems. Very disorganized and she fails to sync in with the times. Not sure how she even got hired here but she definitely needs to go. My mental health has gotten worse degraded with her as my Therapist. I will be seeking someone else through my insurance company.

The walls are not soundproof, so all the staff can hear the therapy sessions. They say to trust them, and they will take care of those issues, and completely ignore you. They have an African, as in from Africa, psychiatrist, who can’t speak or understand English well, and during psych evals, tells people that their history didn’t happen!!!! They have you fill out a survey, and make absolutely 0 effort to address concerns stated in survey. The receptionist doesn’t know her job either, and always takes at least 15 minutes to take a payment, because she has to bother another office clerk, because she can’t work the system. Absolutely pathetic.
