Horrible service, they can careless if you are in pain. They just collect money from the insurance and that’s it!!! Horrible staff in the back too!! They didn’t even look at the tooth, my father hasn’t been sleeping days. We had to just throw in the towel after awhile thinking the service might get better. Again, they are just after your money! The front desk staff are fine and semi helpful.

i’ve been going to this location for years, and the last time i went, i threw in the towel. i had gone in for an emergency appointment because of a toothache. the doctor i saw didn’t even check the tooth i had pain in, only asked for x-rays and told me what i already knew. then he just told me i needed my wisdom teeth taken out, and that was that. i was confused when he didn’t look at the tooth that was causing the ache, but i thought he knew what was best. he obviously didn’t. i went to the place they referred me to in order to remove my wisdom teeth, and it’s also under DHA. they told me i DIDNT HAVE any wisdom teeth. mine haven’t even started to grow in yet. find better dentists!

The pediatric dentist is awful. Save yourself the trouble and find another dentist to visit. She is rude, her staff is rude and office management lie and are overwhelmed.

Someone called and confirmed my appointment for 11am and when I arrived they said oh it’s for 11:45 am. Horrible customer service at the front desk.
