The female dentist that does my cleanings and X-rays is so sweet every time I come in. I feel sorry that I didn’t catch her name. Always incredibly respectful, attentive and personable. At every step, she always let me know what’s going on and what’s happening next. Every experience is always pleasant, and she always answers your questions head on with clarity. No one better than her honestly. I should’ve caught her name, but her office is on the left side, second room Past the bathroom I believe.

To provide efficient service, we ask you to please bring your insurance card, an ID, plus any referral slips or diagnostic records given to you by another office. If you are taking medications, please note or make a list of what they are as you will need to provide that information. If you'd like to save some time, you can fill out some of our forms online.
