Had to pay up front and file my own insurance

I have an abscessed tooth, I was seen at Urgent Care last Sunday (a week ago) and was placed on Clindamycin 4xdaily for 10 days & I'm also using Peridex mouthwash. I take a baby aspirin daily, but stopped today, when should I schedule an appt?
