Room left a lot to be desired. No buffers in the room so every sound echoed. Sound from highway was obnoxious. Desk clerk was nice and very accommodating. Not much of a pet area.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. The woman at the desk was very kind and made sure we had a first-floor room for our dogs. Great area to walk our pups, and we appreciate not being charged extra for them. For a one-night stay on the road, it was perfect. We will definitely stay again on our next trip.

The beds could be a bit softer but weren't too bad. (They are platform beds with no box spring) The hotel and room was clean and looked recently remodeled with new everything. WiFi was fast and easy to connect to, check in was a breeze. The interstate is directly behind the hotel but we didn't seem to hear too much of it. If you are going up Gatlinburg and don't wanna pay $150+ a night, this is a great alternative. We payed $79 a night. There's also lots of budget food options in the area.

Wish I could rate this 0/5. Rude management, who cuss out employees and visiting management. Can't keep anybody hired in any position, unfair wages and treatment, ridiculous rules that are not even relevant to the establishment, cops called every day because manager has a temper tantrum. Rooms stink, hotel is dirty, poor breakfast set up, poor customer relations, awful smelling bathrooms, unsanitary overall. 0/5 would not recommend. The owners are not the typical caring and helpful type, and think just because they own the hotel, they do not believe that they have to follow state law. Always hearing GD and f-bombs flying through the atmosphere. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
