Vet failed to schedule our puppy's follow-up in their records after verbally setting appointment. When we called to confirm we were told that there is no record of a follow up. Then we requested records so we could go somewhere else to get the shots asap as they did not have any appointments available. After a week of calling we finally received the records and we replied asking if any appointment opened up to no reply. I called back and was told we would need to schedule a regular pet visit and the rounds of shots would need to be started over as it had been too long since the first shots. This is incredibly predatory and not the best way to treat new patients if you want them to stick around.

Went for grooming this time. First Schunauzer hair cut. Excellent. I was so impressed with jennifer because he is only 4 mos old and a total puppy head. He looks impeccable! Dr schmeltzer it his vet. The best. He was my beloved razzies vet as well. Fair price for everything. They have never over charged . Just a great knowledgable kind personable normal vet :)

My cat is over grooming to the point of pulling out her fur in chunks. What could be causing this?

Take her in to rule out physical/health issues. I love Dr. Schmeltzer and Dr. Denk.

I recently got a 9 week old husky puppy and when we got him he was okay but recently he had what seemed to be diarrhea and he also vomitted twice and refused to eat anything, though he is better now, his poop is still not solid should i be worried ?

It could be anything. Safest thing is to have him checked. Did he have vaccines around the time he was sick? Are you letting him play outside? With other pets not your own? Has he been wormed? So yeah. Have him tested for parvo, and go from there.

They are a small animal Veterinarian Hospital. Best thing is to look up large animal veterinarian hospitals. You can probably find one close to where you live. Good luck!!

I, as a customer, believe they would. All I can suggest is, give them a call. Sorry couldn't be more helpful.
