The good and the bad: The good-Excellent staff they’re so sweet, the veterinarian is really good at communicating long-term and short-term health needs for the animals, and our animals have always been comfortable here. The bad- see below for why it’s a mixed review. Most of the staff is friendly and my dog and cat (rip sweet Chester) always seem at ease going here. My only complaint is they seem to be unreachable. Been going here for a few years and I have never actually had anyone pick up when we call- and 2 of those calls were actual emergent. Banfield needs to be better about their staffing. There is also a LONG line every time we’re there to get an animal back. Banfield needs to be better about staffing- this is a busy, busy, busy vet’s office in an extremely busy and populated area. They either need to pay staff more to retain them or hire more people… or (most likely) both. I’m sure it’s just as stressful for the people working there. I would give 5 stars if this wasn’t an ongoing issue.

Love the staff, very friendly. I know my puppies are in great hands. I love how they are very understanding and don't pressure you into getting procedures you dont want. I love the health plan available as well.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
