I LIVE for Peruvian food. This is definitely a fusion place of a few South American cultures. I live 3 blocks away and this is downtown Durham. The location being at the end of the block with outdoor seating, is great! I take everyone I know here. The food is fantastic and the beer selection is wonderful 🥳🥰

We have been here twice now & it is delicious!! Those arepas!!!😋 Oh & the Beef Brisket Patacon Pisao also delicious! We brought some out of town guests here over Thanksgiving week & they really liked it as well! We’ll be back & we live about 30 mins away😅

Delicious! I got the fish and chips, my friends got empanadas. The fish and chips was great! I loved the sauce and the yuca fries are so crunchy. All the empanadas were really good too. There’s a lot of gluten free options and we got the frozen mango margaritas - very nice! The mango flavor was lost behind the alcohol but it was still a nice margarita.

Cute vibe but underwhelming food. They had a cute outdoor seating area with lights that had very nice “date night” feel. The interior decoration was also very witchy and a nice vibe but I did not really enjoy the food. The empanada was very dry and the sides were not very good. I think it was nice to try but I probably wouldn’t come back or recommend it to others.

In addition to those policies... · If any employee is symptomatic, or has had exposure to someone COVID-19 positive, we schedule and pay for employees’ COVID-19 tests and provide paid leave for each shift missed until results come back. If employees test positive, we pay the full two weeks of leave while they recover. · Employees thoroughly wash hands, keeping their arms clean, and following cleaning procedures with >20 seconds rinsed under warm water. · All door handles, faucets and commonly used surfaces are being sanitized hourly throughout the shift to minimize the spread of any germs or bacteria. · Gloves are changed frequently or anytime an un-sanitized object is touched · We have put paper menus on hiatus, and instead implemented virtual menus accessible via QR Code. · We have hand sanitizer on every table, and distributed throughout the restaurant.
I'm sorry we do not deliver. You can call and order ahead and pick up though:)
The cards advise a conservative approach.
Yes, it's along the side and seats probably 10-15 if I were to guess.
There is a parking deck ay ther corner of EAST Chapel Hill St. And Mangum st or the lot further away at East Parrish st and North Church st. The are also sometimes on street spots.
Not as bad if you're willing / able to walk. Is in a nice area for a walk
South American meets American South. Think empanadas with collards.
