This is not for the entire staff at planet fitness on Dorchester, this is just for for the 2 individuals girls, i think one may be a supervisor or Manger Brittany and the other is a Staff Member called karen i mean Kayla, that kept picking on us and never not one time said hello to us or ever greated us. But they can sure pick at you and make up new rules. If you would like i can come in and we can discuss the issues at hand. If not i do understand that this is a corporation and one individual doesn't matter compared to masses. Just so you know it got to the point when i just workedbout and then walked straight out the door. Started not to enjoy my workouts. 😐 Stay Safe and Stay Blessed

First want to state according to the lady at front desk, they record people while in the showers. Second thing, coming from a disabled woman, since they have only “gender specific” bathrooms it puts my partner and I in a bind for either me to have to enter the men’s restroom or him to enter women’s, so he can help me. The lady at the front desk told my partner today when he went in that we are no longer allowed in there because they have on camera us doing “inappropriate” things in the women’s bathroom. If him standing outside one of the double curtains helping me, while being on the phone call with his boss is inappropriate that’s weird. There was no other women in the restroom because we made sure before entering. I was told yesterday by the same lady who approached my partner today that the cleaning lady heard him in there. I wish to see this “footage” of us being “inappropriate” in the women’s restroom. As well as a copy of it to give to my lawyer. This is not a case of trying to get away with something “sneaky” if we where doing inappropriate things in the shower that’s one thing, but this is a matter of them not being disabled friendly. Most of the other planet fitness’ we have been to have a disabled friendly bathroom, for cases such as mine and others like mine. I hope everyone has a wonderful day and remember that if you are disabled and need assistance in the shower and don’t like strangers to help you, this is NOT the place for you.
