I witnessed a burglary at 9:30am the first morning I moved in. Then for my first two months, I had the Sheriff banging on my door because the previous tenant was separated/divorced and was breaking children visitation rights, so they were searching my apartment for a child. Someone got shot and killed in my building. My packages get stolen so frequently that I now have them mailed to a family member’s home. The grounds and hallways are filthy. There are fast food packages, food, dirty diapers, etc. littering the halls. Clearly the residents here don’t care about keeping their living space clean. This place is horrible and unsafe. I would highly discourage anyone from living here.
