The maintenance is typically on time with fixing our stuff, the place is reasonably priced for a two bedroom, plus it's convenient being near our workplace. Jazmyn is by far our favorite leasing lady, she is super patient and was even willing to take the time to chitchat with me whenever we see her, or explain things in depth, which helps with my autism.

This place is absolutely amazing. We just moved in 2 weeks ago from Kentucky but we couldn’t imagine starting over anywhere else. Very friendly, the apartments are spacious and clean. The neighborhood is perfect! Definitely 5 stars! Edit: We have lived here for over a year and have signed another year lease.. Looks like this place was the best decision for our family. Anytime we have had an issue, we’ve been responded to immediately. They’ve worked with us.. they continue to show kindness. And I didn’t think a city this large was capable of being quiet.. this little neighborhood is legit the best. Always quiet after dark. We’ve not had a single problem.. I stand by my rating.. 5 stars!! Additional Info! Pet friendly, very spacious apts as you can see with photos provided. And every neighbor I’ve had has been pretty awesome. Really can’t beat the place or the people! ❤️ Also! Jazmyn Sales!! She’s who you wanna talk to! She alone is a 5 star ⭐️ rating!

They don't care! All they care about is raising your rent and taking your money. I'm a current resident and they raised my rent and want to be slack on fixing problems. I suggest no one move here!!!
If you were on the original lease ask to renew the lease. If you never signed a lease with them no way to avoid the process. You could maybe get your parents to co-sign the lease and that might do it.
