I would say that their practices are quite good, when in a one on one interaction with the sales rep you work with to purchase a vehicle, to the financial rep that you become assigned to, and everyone else who you will need to have close contact with all practice wearing masks and social distancing. They have a sanitization station setup with hand sanitizer outside before going in and after, as for masks I am not sure about their policy per se, I wore my own and noticed at the very least that all of the individuals that could be in close contact with customers also wore masks. They didn't keep any customers out that didn't wear a mask. All in all I would say that from a 1-10 where 1 is no practice and 10 is full screening, requiring everyone to put on a mask with no exceptions, then it would fall in at least a 7/10 for this and an 8/10 for safety practices and social distancing. Their customer service in my eyes is a 10/10 a this group seems very devoted to helping always
