This gym is the best in the country, hands-down. I used to work out here when I was in the military and came back after almost 4 years, the guys who run the place recognised me pretty much right off the bat and chatted like it was just the other day. Even if you aren't into getting super jacked, they've got the equipment and it's got soul. It might not be the newest stuff, but you can feel the character in it. It feels like home if you give it enough time.
