The Delaware unemployment department is wicked and they services is very pore. It’s seems like people are working and when big companies let them go they make it hard for citizens to refuse they money they worked hard for. Big companies are getting over the poor hard working citizens. It’s a shame how Delaware government design the unemployment system. If I could give less than 1 star I would

Every time I do get to speak to a representative (on the phone and on chat) they say my claim is in review, but won't let anyone talk to the so called department that's conducting this review. I've sent countless emails and still haven't gotten a response. They also say they will notify through mail and email with any updates, but so far nothing. Crazy how I received my notice of monetary determination only 2 days after I filed, but my claim is still under review by a claim deputy

If I Could Give No Stars , Man Listen. It Seems Like No One At This Place Knows Anything. The Staff Is So Rude & Unknowledgeable It Makes No Sense. Then Get Attitudes When You Ask Why They Can’t Answer Any Of Your Questions. Whole Establishment Is A Joke

Waiting over 3 months and I keep getting the sane letter saying I am in school and that’s why it wasn’t processed which is a lie. Definitely looking into legal action

I waited 4 hrs 1 time
No Not until September 8
I am at 6 months. They are holding off on processing the claims. This way they can claim they have low unemployment. They are a bunch of crooks.
I just realized I misread, I know you don't have your claim number bc you haven't been able to certify it. You can file online on the website. I would definitely call them asap. I shouldn't write this, however it is much quicker if you select the prompt for receiving an overpayment letter, their holding time is at least an hour shorter, usually about 15 mins or so. They will at least help you file it for this week. Have a great day.
No
Through their website. Using their links
Yes you should.
Depends. If you can get a hold of one then it can take as long as the phone call. The issue is the amount of people that are requiring help.
No you have to call the office or leave a letter and put in the mailbox
Make sure you vote these losers out next time
Its on a drop down tab
Okay call the local office and they can help you get it restarted
Its crazy because I only get 98 im not qualified for the extra 300 weekly. I really don't understand myself. This is ridiculous
Good luck getting anything from them. Trying to obtain my benefits has become a warzone and it will take a century to talk to a human
It was a holiday yesterday might be tomorrow after 3
You have to contact your employer for a copy of w2 or your tax preparer
It depends on the reason you where fired
No, you have to be physically able to work in order to receive unemployment.
Your claim will have to go to a deputy for a decision, to see if you are eligible or not.
They send you hard copy Incase, not recived Ask them to email it to you. Cut and paste it on word application, then Select the Dover office printer And print
