Has anyone been able to reach anyone at all? I'm curious if my 2 hour waits on the phone are completely pointless or if I need to suck it up and hold out longer.

I have not.been able to get.though at all

They are routing calls to a call center. They will not be able to help. They don't have access to that info. Plus, they are closed. I drove there. They want you to get a job. Yet, they are not working.
