Decent hotel with nice staff. But if the trains at 6 am don't wake you, the following one at 6:30 am will make sure you can't sleep. Then add to that the industrial noise from trucks, garbage collection, etc. and you are guaranteed to wake daily long before you're ready. So, if getting an early start to your day is what matters, this location will make sure you're up.

The rooms were nice and the staff friendly. One day, my key card just wasn't working and I had to get it replaced. A couple of things to watch out for. They don't always replace the towels, so I didn't have a towel for the walkout shower one of the days, surprising since I leave a tip for the maid service. Also, the shower floor was very slippery and I could have cracked my head open. Very low water pressure in the shower. The bathroom sink however, got hot water right away. As far as the gym goes, it is useful, however they don't always have towels there and one day the thermostat battery was dead so the air conditioning in there wasn't working. It was like a sauna. Also, it seemed as if the bar was closed Saturday night, for some reason. At least they weren't open when they said they were going to be open. One last thing, unless the windows are open, I feel like there's not enough light in the room. So, plan to have the window shades wide open to get enough light.

I was in town for a wedding and this stay nearly ruined the whole weekend. My husband arrived at the first date of our reservation and was told that we did not have one despite having a confirmation email. The front desk staff was extremely dismissive and refused to help in any way. No room at this hotel, no help finding a room at any other Marriott affiliated hotels and no compassion. Just a ‘we can’t help you’. The manager followed up the following day and had found our reservation and did comp us a night and upgrade the room. I still wouldn’t bother. The upgraded room was damaged and bare bones. The pool is very small. This place is made to take good pic for the Insta but is just a Super8 in disguise.

Loved the location. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean. The overall hotel was very clean. The bathroom design should be different. The toilet shouldn't be closed off with the shower. The bathroom is located next to the entry door but doesn't allow for privacy. There isn't a door at the space allowed for basin use or general dressing. I believe reducing some of the living space where the bed is located (1 king bed room) would allow for changing the bathroom design. Also, there wasn't any towel rods. We had to use clothes hangers for our wet face clothes and damp towels. There wasn't any king of soap dish or shower caddy inside the shower. You literally have to place your soap or shampoo bottles etc on the shower floor tub. They do however provide pump soap and shampoo attached in the shower. I always supply my own because of brand type that I like.

I'm pretty sure it's all day. No life guard on duty so swim away your own risk.
this is not a place to book reservations, but a place you can learn about people's experiences who have stayed there.
Parking is $10 per night at the adjacent covered gerage.
