This Servpro was the utmost professional and responsive. The water line to my fridge burst, exposing my kitchen cabinets/wall to a large amount of water. This team showed up same day, within an hour of my call. They also brought out fans and dehumidifying equipment same day. They checked in frequently to be sure that the equipment was doing what it needed to for a good dry out. Things could have been worse, I'm sure. Couldn't have made it through without Mike and his team!

Having a 50+ yr old cinderblock wall with no rebar re-enforcement fall into my pool from 80mph winds the night prior, was not how I wanted to spend my Saturday morning. Thankfully Mike from Servpro LaVerne helped assess, mitigate, and clean up all the damage within hours. He then later undertook the hilariously confusing task of helping us file a claim with our insurance-- a job no adult of average intelligence is prepared to understand. We got our wall repaired and because the damage occured during a catastrophic wind event, our insurance premium did not go up. Very pleased and thankful for people like Mike at Servpro, who go above and beyond what is initially asked of them, helping bewildered adults like me in times of house crisis.
