I haven't even been here five minutes... I was charged an extra $25 a night which they didn't tell em until I got there. The room I picked was still dirty and they switched my room. The room I originally chose was accessible because I am having surgery. The new room is not and is forever away from the elevator. I am not happy. The bathroom...you can barely move around in

The issue is the payment for the service. The hotel charged me twice which caused the issue with my account. Because of it, my account had a negative balance with some consequences. This place gave me and my family a really hard time this week. So, it seems to me that they don't think about people well. Moreover, If a part of their system doesn't work properly, it means the whole of it failed. Even if the hotel is a good one. P.S. Unfortunately, the issue hasn't been resolved, even if the hotel has a different view on it.

As I am a new transplant from Sin City where hotels can be found everywhere, and I travel a lot, Hilton's Home 2 Suites Durham-Chapel Hill, NC, where I have been staying during my transition, as I wait for my home to completed has been very helpful in assuring that My Mom and I are very comfortable for almost the past month. Close to many restaurants has been very helpful too. It is always clean, and the staff is always very nice and friendly. Will definitely use this one if need in the future.

It’s a great hotel clean, affordable, modern TVs, good bathrooms. I think it’s a great place other than one employee. The man who works the evening shift needs to be gone. He sits behind the wall and window and has his AirPods in I’ve seen 5+ people sit and wait for him for 5 min plus. I’ve resorted to calling the hotel phone In order to get him to stand up and assist his customers. I have stayed here many time and when I say this is an every day thing I am not kidding.
