I’ve lived at Bolton’s Landing Apartments for several years. I truly enjoy living here and with the new management the complex has never looked better. It’s wonderful to live somewhere that’s safe and well cared for all in one. Bolton’s Landing Apartments are close to all that Charleston has to offer.

Our entire family is very happy at Bolton's Landing. The Office Manager Misty, along with Marvia & Donna are all absolutely delightful. They treat our property like it is their own home and they are a fairly new staff which is so impressive. I think we are close to full capacity as there have been so many new people moving here and it is starting to really feel like a mini town with a nice variety of residents of all ages/walks of life out and about connecting! We have been here less than a year and they have made so many improvements to the property. It is a safe place for our children and and for pets. The residents are quick to stay on top of everything that needs to be addressed and hold each other accountable! Repairs & maintenance are taken care of and our lead maintenance Jerome is so friendly, respectful and quick! Love Love Love!

I first moved in about 5 months ago. Initially there were a few bumps in the road, mainly revolving around communication. Within the last 3 months things have improved significantly. I actuality feel heard when I speak with the employees in the leasing office. And the maintenance supervisor, Jerome, always responds the very next day to any maintenance concerns. I'm big on communication and Jerome likes to make residents aware of any problems and/or delays. Initially, I was a little concerned that living here wouldn't be a pleasant experience but it's truly become home. The leasing office even had a brand new playground area put in! The office is actively making adjustments to improve the living experience and fix any problems you may have. I can honestly say that I enjoy living here and would truly recommend this complex to new residents looking to lease.

Worst management I’ve ever come across, Changed 3 times since I moved in and each time was worse than the other. Even though it’s . Tempting “Cheap” rent it’s not worth it
