Kristi Atkins is a GREAT instructor, I would definitely recommend her. However, the Main Office is very hard to get in contact with if you have questions, called THREE separate times during office hours in December and only received ONE callback. I had to email THEM, even after leaving my email in my voicemails, and I feel like they only emailed back so fast because I left a bad review. Yet, in the end I was given assistance and able to register for my courses after trying to get in contact with them for about three weeks.

It doesn’t offer a refresher course at a reasonable price . The real estate of success discounts the course by half if you attended there school originally

Hi, I am one of the lead instructors at ExcceD...if you hold a valid salesperson license in another state, you do not need education component, typically you just need to pass State portion of PSI exam. Contact SC real estate commission or look at webpages at llr.sc.gov/pol/rec to confirm.
Hi Sandy! We are in the process of having the GI Bill approved! We should have it approved within the next 30 days. Other than that, we do not offer financial aid at this time. Please let us know if you have any other questions and please check back in with us in a few weeks on the GI Bill! :)
They have weekend courses that would fit your needs and the instructors are phenomenal I went there and I passed the exam
