Hi, I am one of the lead instructors at ExcceD...if you hold a valid salesperson license in another state, you do not need education component, typically you just need to pass State portion of PSI exam. Contact SC real estate commission or look at webpages at llr.sc.gov/pol/rec to confirm.

Hi Laura! We advise students with questions regarding state/reciprocity laws to call the Real Estate Commission in the state they are wanting to get dual licensed. These laws seem to change frequently, so the best solution is to call the Commission directly to obtain the latest and greatest information. Please let us know if we can help with anything else!

Unit one is nit needed, but unit 2 is encouraged to help pass the state portion.

Call the school, but normally no. Unit one is not needed.
