I had a water line break in my kitchen at 10PM at a rental unit. The tenants called my wife, my property manager. We immediately called Pulliam Restoration, as we have used them in the past with excellent results. They were on site within 30 minutes. Set up the equipment and my unit was dry within two days. The cost was very fair. Highly recommend them

Can Water Damage Cause Mold To Grow?

Short answer, absolutely. Water is one of the necessary ingredients needed for mold to grow. If you have water damage in your home and you don't react fast enough to extract the water and properly dry the affected area, you could have mold growth within 48 hrs.

Bought a new house that is too toxic to inhabit. Can your service clean house odor damage. smudged walls, and carpet imbedded from daily use huge number of Glad scent dispensers, perfume and toiletries.

How Long Does The Water Cleanup Process Take?

Most water damage removal & drying jobs are complete in 3-5 days. However, this depends on the severity and category of water damage. The more saturated an area and more widespread the water is, the longer the drying process takes. This does NOT include the putback and repairs after the emergency phase is complete.
