AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely horrible service. Good luck trying to cancel a membership here. They are sending debt collectors after me for two years over a $229 charge they say I owe after I repeatedly tried to cancel membership during the pandemic in 2020! Do not do business with these people. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone to resolve any billing issue. It’s been TWO years!! Their debt collectors call me EVERYDAY so I’m posting reviews everyday until they relent. $229 is nothing to me. But the principal of it is everything.

Update five months later: Water fountain has a dirty filter and not enough water pressure to even fill my bottle. This place was and always will be a joke. They have ONE WATER FOUNTAIN LOCATION IN THE ENTIRE GYM. Two fountains in the one spot. One doesn’t not have a vertical filtered dispenser so it can fill up half of any bottle that’s larger than a 12 ounce plastic one. It’s a filthy spot with rotting back pieces. How do you only have one spot in the entire gym? Unbelievable. NOT TO MENTION. The ONE FILTER THEY HAVE TO REPLACE HAS BEEN ON RED FOR A WEEK. The water is gross. The station is gross. Get. It. Together.

Terrible!! They literally rob you. If you want to cancel the membership be prepared for your account to be charged for several months as they do not put your request in and then don’t refund the money.

I have been a member of Crunch in Mt Pleasant since they opened. I love the variety of classes offered and all of the instructors are great! Tomi is great and really pushes you to do your best! I was afraid to try a TRX class, but I finally did and I love it! The Work The Room classes are one of my favorites. This gym has really been a life saver on stressful days.
