The service from this company is way sub-standard. I won't ever use them again. Besides being very late for the arranged pick up time, the driver I had was very inattentive and a danger on the road. When we were ready to depart the medical facility she put the vehicle into Drive and just pulled away without even looking to see if other cars were coming. It's a parking lot, of course there's other drivers. She was oblivious. Then 3/4's of the way to the destination she blows right through a yellow/red light. She had plenty of time to stop for the yellow but didn't. She just blew through the intersection. I was glad to make it home alive and happy to get out of that van. Horrible.

This company is incompetent. How hard is it to keep an appointment? I made arrangements, paid their price, and then they show up 45 minutes late. Not acceptable. THEY SAID, give us an hours notice of your pick up time. That was done. They were still 45 minutes overdue. They charged me full price and then were 75% behind schedule. That's not acceptable.

Our son was paralized recently and we have to use a transport company to take him to doctors appointments. Lone Strar has been great until about a month ago. We were told that they had a change in management and a lot of drivers have quit. My son has missed his last 2 appointments and the last one was very important. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They did not even call us and say they would be late plus they never showed up.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONLY GREAT BUT THEY HAVE GREAT DRIVERS. FOR ONE THEY'RE ALWAYS ON TIME AND IF SOMETHING HAPPENS WHICH IT'S LIFE EVERYTHING IS NOT PERFECT THEY'LL HIT YOU UP AND ASSURE YOU THAT THEY'LL BE THERE SHORTLY. AND I NEVER GET MAD ANYMORE AT ANYONE BECAUSE I UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE HAPPENS. SO ESMERALDA IS ALWAYS SMILING AND LISTENS AS WELL AS GIVE ME ADVICE WITH USING I STATEMENTS, CHRIS HAD ANSWERED MY CALL AND WE FIGURED OUT THAT MY INSURANCE GAVE THEM THE WRONG TIME BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN ME RUSHING AND SINCE THE RIDE WAS ALREADY BOOKED HE TRIED TO FIGURE SOMETHING OUT BUT TO NO PREVAIL SO IN LIFE YOU HAVE OPTIONS AND HE SHOWED ME THAT ON THE AMAZING PHONE CALL, JERMAINE AND I TALKED UNTIL BI DIDN'T WANT TO GET OUT OF THE VAN BECAUSE I CONFIDED IN HIM. NOW DARRYL DOESN'T NEEDS GPS BECAUSE HE KNOWS WHERE MY PICK-UPS AND DESTINATIONS AND I HAD TEARS IN MY EYES BECAUSE LAST NIGHT I HAD FORGOTTEN MY FOLDER IN THE VAN AND CALLED HIM TO LET HIM KNOW THAT HE COULD HOLD IT TIL TOMORROW BUT HE INSISTED ON GETTING TO ME IF HE COULD AND I GOT A CALL AND LOW AND BEHOLD HE WAS OUTSIDE AND IF THAT ISN'T INSPIRATIONAL I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS ESPECIALLY TO AN ADDICT IT MEANS THE WORLD TO NOT ONLY ME BUT TO THOSE IN WHICH I LOVE BECAUSE Y'ALL GET ME TO MY DESTINATIONS SAFE AND DOUND AND Y'ALL ARE MY PRACTICE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS SESSIONS AND I CONSIDER Y'ALL FAMILY DO THANKS HAS BEEN GIVEN TO WHERE IT'S DUED. ALSO I ALMOST FORGOT MR. PETE SHARED HIS PAST AND IT WAS HEARFELT AND GAVE ME MORE CONFIDENCE TO FACE MY ADDICTION HEAD ON.
