Nice small venue but terrible customer service Security wise, this one lady in particular was extremely rude to everyone trying to go through security. She seemed out to give everyone a hard time, particularly women. Not sure if she’s just miserable with her own life or just a nasty person in general but she definitely should only be employed somewhere where she has no human interaction.

Poorly organized. I have attended many concerts and never have I seen such gridlock regarding traffic. No direction as to where to park. One would think for large events, traffic would be more controlled. Good thing we left our hotel an hour and a half early. I know the civic center is old but there is a difference between old and filthy. The seating is cramped. I felt like I was in an airplane. We will never attend a venue at this facility!

Very nice, heavy security for the event we went to. It can get VERY cramped though when the seats are fully booked.

I do not know. Right now an event is going on for kids called Baby Shark and Im sure there's a ticket charge for children.
Not sure about gift certificates; guess it depends the event. When I went, there were a lot of vendors at a free event. Hope this helps
