Mend Acupuncture - Quarry Lake

I’ve mostly had positive experiences at Mend, but the latest left a bad taste in my mouth. I came in for an acupuncture appointment the morning before a long flight. My sciatica was flaring up on-and-off, and so my acupuncturist told me to ring the bell if it got out of control. I rang the bell three times over the span of 10+ minutes before someone from the front desk came in. She offered to take needles out, but neither she nor I knew which to take out. She said she would get the acupuncturist ASAP, but when the acupuncturist came in at the END of my session time, she said no one had told her about me ringing the bell or my pain. I left with way more pain than I came in with, which was terrible considering I had a 7 hour flight later that day. Mend, please work on your patient care and coordination.

Everyone here is so amazing! The energy, professionalism and the customer service is top tier! I love the smell, the vibe.. Just literally this is my favorite place. I also brought some amazing products from here too as well. They have great sales. I am into astrology so they also have products that service my spiritual needs, education and plethora of resources. I have been to a quite a few people that work at the facility and they all offer a different experience in which I really appreciate. They all are amazing.
