I graduated from HMTI in May 2022. My experience here was a little shaky. I had a major issue with one of the staff members who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Although this place can be a bit chaotic and a little unorganized, I learned to be okay with it. This institution is far from perfect, but I do believe that the owner Janine, means well and the staff can be supportive. There are some really great instructors at HMTI with different specialties and perspectives. And the friendships created made my experience worthwhile. If you're someone who needs a lot of organization, this may not be the place for you. But if you're okay with rolling with the punches and accepting that organizations aren't always perfect like we often expect businesses to be, you may find this to be the right school for you. After reflecting on my experience at HMTI, I'm glad I made the choice to attend this school.

Janine I appreciate the amazing opportunities I have gained since attending Holistic Massage Training Institute. The teachings and Instructor's have given me a lot of gems that will be forever used in my journey. Had two free chair massages at an Open House and one was really good and one really hurt because the therapist pressed directly on my spine and the side of my hip bones.

Yes!!! The school does accept VA benefits.. upcoming semester starts August 9 full-time and part-time classes available
HMTI is a school. Someone there would probably be able to refer you to a therapist with corresponding modalities.
Just call them for a tour and they will let you know the rest!
Our next day class for the 810-hour massage training will start tomorrow April 22, 2021. Our next evening class for the 810-hour massage training will start on June 7, 2021. Janine Fleming, Director
We have different schedule options. On April 24, we have a Sunday 9 am-6 pm plus Wednesday night 6-10 pm class starting. On April 29, we have a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday night 6-10 pm class starting. On May 15, we have a Wednesday and Friday 9 am-4 pm class starting. These 3 schedule options are 12 hours a week, and take 17 months to complete. On May 20, we have a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9 am-4 pm class starting. This is our full-time day class, and takes 11 months to complete.
