We lived there for 2 years, and even though the apt was really nice and spacious, the neighborhood is quite unsafe. My main complain is the lack of staff during the weekends (we always had issues when we requested our bikes or suitcases), the issue with the gym access (you need to have a special key but they give to you after a trainer evaluation, they gave me the wrong phone number and then when I got the right one the trainer was never available), and the main issue we had was with the principal doorman. We went on vacation and some friends came from another country to take care of my cat, we left one night before they arrive so couldn’t give them the keys in hand, and when I left the keys a couple of times before for the cat sitter in a envelop, they said that is better to leave a document with the explicit directions and they would open the door instead of carrying the keys. However, this doorman person denied to open the door, even though I talked to him on the phone, and had a really bad attitude when it was an emergency, I had the worst vacation time because I was really worried about the health of my cat. They should have explicit rules and guidelines for this types of situation, specially because they’re there “to help”, not create more problems against tenants directions.

I had a truly terrible experience at this building. The woman that runs the management office was extremely rude. The people in the office and on staff were not friendly. The worst part about this apartment was the noise level. The construction is bad and you can hear every single noise including running water and toilets flushing. I wanted to write this because it still stays with me how horrific the people working there were. Every time I asked for help with anything they ignored me. The neighborhood is dangerous too. Overall a really bad place. My friends used to say they thought it was cursed because I was plagued with so many problems there.

If you want to pay ridiculously high rent for a "luxury" building with even more ridiculous amenities (billiards room anyone?) in a neighborhood filled with major crime, in an apartment where the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor's every sneeze, cough (hello COVID!) and flush of the toilet ... well then this building is for you! Glenwood Management could care less about their tenants. Not one issue will ever be resolved. Just. Don't. Do. It.

My wife and I were looking for an apartment in the area. A friend lives here. While we were in his apartment there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. The wall are paper thin and we could hear toilets flushing from upstairs. The doorman was very nice and the apartment looks nice, but it is a poorly constructed building in a terrible neighborhood. My first review was removed.
