Absolutely steer clear of the building and management company. I spoke to their leasing team through the process and submitted an application. After running my credit and confirming it was approved, they gave me a ring to request sensitive income/bank forms and identification only to inform me the next morning that they leased the unit to someone else and followed up by trying to suggest I lease a smaller unit at the same rent instead. I was given no heads up that someone else was in process and they did not inform me before running my credit. I wish I heeded the multiple negative reviews online before submitting an application here as it seems that others have had the same ridiculous experience and based on reviews from residents, it sounds like management is just as terrible to deal with as you live in the building. Completely unacceptable business practices.

The management and maintenance teams are horrible. They made us send emails to arrange anything but they never reply us. Our fridge was broken and it took them 3 days to show up and that's only bc I called their headquarter to ask for help. It usually took 5-7 days for the handy man to show up to fix the clogged tub too. Also, people are rude especially through phone. To be fair the doormen are all nice.

Management and leasing are rude and do not return phone calls. The building has been under constant loud construction throughout the entire work from home period (15 months now) with no reduction in rent or even an apology. Although it is impossible to take calls and work from your apartment, their only suggestion is to leave the apartment (that we pay full rent for) during the day. Elevators are slow and unreliable can take 5 minutes before it comes to your floor - be prepared to walk up the stairs (the first 6 floors are doctors offices so the elevators stop at every single floor on the way down). Getting a package from the mailroom takes multiple trips since they close at various and inconsistent times throughout the day. The doormen are the only thing I like about this building. This building has so much potential and is in a great location but we will not renew our lease and urge you to think twice about leasing an apartment here. Response to Owner’s Comment: I gave up my apartment but my boyfriend still lives in the building. Currently listening to loud construction for the 3rd day in a row while I write this review, so I don’t think you are alternating days. To make things better we found out you’re renting out apartments on our floor through Airbnb and offered that renter a 25% discount due do the loud noise when he complained but have offered us nothing.

The building itself is well-located and the apartment space is big. But the management is the worst I've ever seen. There has been construction going on my floor continuously for 6 months since I moved in in August 2020. For a few weeks, the noise was so big that the apartment was inhabitable. Tenants on my floor talked to management many times and we didn't give any positive feedback nor substantial update at all, and the landlord refused to give any concession at all after rounds of conversation. They used to have a meeting room for us to work in while there were noises but they rented out that room too. It is so disturbing and frustrating to live in such a environment where you can't work and stay quietly during the day and have inconsiderate and disrespectful landlords who aways put their interest in front of tenants' without offering compensation at all. Response to owner's comment: I am not talking about update on your emails, but any substantial improvement to the living environment. My issue, which is also the issue of all tenants on our floor, persisted during the whole 6 months when you conducted noisy construction, during which period we complained multiple times but weren't given any compensation nor feasible resolution. I am posting because I need to voice an informational feedback based on my experience, even though the noise seem to come down as my one-year lease has gone halfway.

Hi, We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, based on approval, so we do not hold apartments. However, our availability is updated daily, so make sure to check back when you're ready to rent!
Hi, We do not have vacation rentals. All rentals are 12 + months.
