Workers are scam artists. Charged me nearly $4 to print ONE piece of paper when every other UPS store I’ve been to offers it for free. Would not recommend going there.

Turned me away, said they had too many packages so I would have to go somewhere else. What kind of place turns away business, especially when you pay a weekly account and have already paid your shipping labels?

Quick and easy process on dropping off my Amazon return order. This is the closest UPS store to my house and I been here a number of times already so it's my ideal location to go to. Parking situation is great here since it's in a plaza with a lot of parking spots. They have a sign on the door that says only 2 customers are allowed inside but some people don't read that so I don't know if it's enforce. There was only 1 person ahead of me when I went in but the process went quick. I drop my Amazon order on the counter and the lady working the front give me a receipt. She was polite, wore a mask and gloves during these covid times.

We brought in a difficult packing job an hour before closing and Jesus altered his schedule to get it done for us so we didn’t have to come back Monday. His packing job is a work of art. I think the baggage handlers will have a hard time breaking this keyboard. Very happy with the friendly, quality service here by people who take pride in their work.
