My wife and I had the pleasure of taking a tour through the Sawmill complex. The assistant manager for the coplex is Megan Hicks. Her professionalism and knowledge of the complex grounds and its many amenities was outstanding. As a result, we will be new tennants to Sawmill comlex. Thank uou Megan.

Love living here. The new maintenance manager has given his attention to detail that was missing. New hires are making a difference here. The attention to the gardens and facilities is obvious.

You would be shocked that this place was brand new as of 2017. It is not maintained. The management company is clueless. Major mold Issues - definitely get your unit tested. Elevators are constantly broken. Halls smell and they can’t even bother to put a fresh paint job on. The staff turnaround is ridiculous and no one seems to know what is going on. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

I am so happy with my decision to rent at Sawmill Point! My apartment is absolutely beautiful and well appointed. The staff is the sweetest! So kind, attentive and so on top of their game. The grounds and the pool are gorgeous and well maintained. I love sitting on my balcony watching the boats and the beautiful sunsets on the Cape Fear River. This is a very dog friendly environment and everyone you meet is so kind and welcoming. I feel extremely safe living here, and I love the fact that the river boardwalk is right here, offering a wonderful scenic stroll to the downtown shops and restaurants. I made the right decision!
