This pain clinic does not follow procedure of drug screening. Their supposed to do everything concerning the containing, labeling and sealing in front of every patient, and they don't.. They didn't m do nothing in front of me which they could have done anything to it, contaminated it mixed urine containers up with someone else's setting there. I didn't even initial mine like your supposed to by state medical board. Just cause they work in a clinic, doesn't mean you can trust them and by my rights it's all supposed to be done right in front of me. They didn't do none of this. They should be held accountable for their actions and do right by me cause I am taking it to the proper management to be handled. If they can't follow procedure they don't need to be opened. I requested a new test because of their mishandled it. And they need to be notifying the ones they've did wrong..

Usually this is an awesome pain center. But I had an appt Tues and the provider wasn't there and they would send my medicine in. But they had a glitch with the computer. So I've been calling them aggravating them and the pharmacy. Meanwhile life goes on and my mom is coming home fr the rehab place shes been in and I completely take over her care. She's not mobile, doesnt have a lot of strength and I'm facing this w/o mmy pain medication and I'm scared to death.

They can never answer the phone, or call you back. I wish they had some sort of messaging board to be able to get ahold of them. And when you see 2 different people, they don't communicate with each other. It takes then forever to do any sort of paperwork. And even if you see the same Dr regularly, they completely forget what you have talked about in the past like they don't take notes, then if you want to change anything about what you are currently doing it's like pulling teeth. I know now they get you in and out, but try and take some notes so it seems like you remember the patient.

Hi Nate, It depends on the state and what type of Anthem insurance you have. We do not cover Anthem Health keepers and some others. If your insurance isn't covered, there is always the option for Self Pay as well. However, please contact the office with more details during our normal business hours and we can further assist. Thank you, Management
Not long at all, they seem to have availability. The Nurse Practitioner is great!

Their # is 276 266 9160
I have recently obtained my records, not Woodlawn, but hospitals. It IS YOUR chart so you do have a right to obtain it. There might be a small fee, you need at least 2 forms of ID, one with a photo. Also, It depends on how long it has been since you were there and their policy. I was able to get mine some places, some not. I #2was at 1 hospital with f/u in their hospital physician from 2005-2010. My records had been destroyed. However, a different hospital provided my chart on a CD easily, no fees. You need to call Woodland, select "Medical Records," or ask the front desk if answers. Good luck!
