While l only met with Dr Aranas a few times, he made me feel like l have known him for years! He even went out of his way to help me to find and locate other doctors with other situations l have. I strongly recommend him to anyone. In Christ, Reverend Harry M Luther

Dr. Aranas has such a compassionate and welcoming personality. He wants to help more than any doctor I’ve ever been to and will try everything available to provide relief. If it were possible to have him as my doctor for everything I absolutely would. The young ladies in the office are also lovely and always pleasant.

I believe Dr. Aranas sincerely cares about helping me and is one of the best practitioners I have ever seen. It is refreshing to finally have found someone I believe to be a great doctor to help me get the proper diagnosis for radiating pain I had never experienced until 2 years ago. Only 2nd visit today, but he took time to understand and listen to my concerns regarding my specific pain issues and I have 1000% confidence and respect for his knowledge and expertise.

Hi David, Injections of PRP or Platelet Lysate (derived from PRP) can be used to treat disc herniations that are impinging the spinal cord in most situations. A full history/physical exam and review of the imaging would be necessary to determine which options would be the most helpful. Please reach out to to the office at 908-864-7725 to schedule an appointment to further discuss. I would be glad to go over your questions and review your options in the office. I hope this helps!
