I had a very bad service experience at this location. My vehicle was towed on Friday night for vehicle alarm sounding intermittently. I talked to the service expert on Sat. He mentioned he will look at it on Monday. I followed up multiple times on Tuesday and Wed without any replies. I received the call on Thursday with the diagnosis. I am Mercedez customer for last 25 years in various states and had much better service at other Mercedes locations.
