Gold’s gym in Bridgewater, NJ is the best gym I have ever had the privilege of being a member. Rob and Mary Zampetti know how to run and manage a great establishment. I’ve worked out in many gyms throughout my life, and have traveled throughout the United States and attended gyms. By far, Gold’s Bridgewater is the best. It has all the equipment and classes you need for a complete workout. Some of the bodybuilding equipment is unique because Rob seeks out specific equipment to better the needs of his members. The group exercises are challenging and fun. The instructors and personal trainers are all professionally certified and dedicated to helping the members attain their fitness goals. The staff are always courteous, friendly and helpful and greet you by your first name and with a smile. The gym is constantly being cleaned. The shake bar is updated frequently with new shakes and always with fresh natural ingredients. All of the apparel is Gold’s Gym branded with high quality long lasting material. Mary is constantly showcasing specials and fitness challenges to keep the members interested and engaged. It’s like a family there and you’re not going to find another special, unique gym like this one.

I am relatively new at this club...super nice people, very clean place / equipment...owners are wonderful people...I was diagnosed with Parkinson's and for a while I was pretty much on my back until the proper meds were found and they let me withhold my membership for a while...can't ask for any better client service than that...M, W & F are the greatest days of the week because it all starts here...!

don't come here expecting to hang out or go to the spa. this is a no frills gym with some unique pieces of equipment that most commercial gyms won't have, like a belt squat and pendulum squat machine. staff is attentive and gym is well maintained
