Nice room:king suite around the indoor heated pool, customer service ok, ice machine broke near room had to go aways to get ice, breakfast good for a continental. Only issue a $4 incidental fee charge, lady at front desk could not explain. "Everybody gets charged" Enjoy----

There was a very strong odor, some sort of cleaning product. We opened the door when we arrived about 2:30 to try to air it out, but it was still quite strong at 7. My eyes and nose burned. Indoor "heated" pool was freezing. Very disappointing, because we have stayed here several times in the past and always loved it.

After booking online thru choice, I'm hit with an additional fee, not posted online. You expect to pay the price stated and NO, you pay more. When asked why and what is the additional fee for, your not given an answer. It's just hotel fee. Whats it for, it just a fee. What is it to pay for, it's just a hotel fee. All of this is what your told. Still never a answer to your question. So just thinking about it , everyone that makes a purchase, pays additional fee, end of the year they have made a pretty good bonus for free ! Due to travel for work, I stay Months of hotel stays. No other but couple of hotels charge extra. These, I do not go back to. They collect one time from me, maybe others will see this also and stop. What a shame. Nothing but crooks. I'm also seeing hotel rooms are looking more and more rundown and unkept. Will start changing my hotel stays.

Ms. Mae checked me in. She was great friendly and informative. That location had an indoor pool. So no matter the weather, fun may be had poolside.
