Georgetown Crossing Apartments

My son is a freshman at SCAD this year, moving from Florida. I really liked Georgetown Crossing, but they didn't have availability when we went apartment-hunting in July. I found another place (Riverwalk Savannah Apts) and reserved an apartment with them, paying the application fee and the $250 admin fee. We tow all his stuff in a Uhaul in September to move in and the apartment isnt ready...Came back later and the apartment staff is gone with the clubhouse locked up. I was so frustrated, but I checked Georgetown Crossing again just to see if they had anything we could afford available. They did! Teri helped us out right away and we literally moved in the next day. She was outstanding and such a good person to work with. Then, as we were moving in, we met the maintenance guy named Wes. He was very nice, easy to get along with. Well, today...my son's first day of college, his truck tire gets punctured by some crazy rock after his first class. He got it back to the apartment and Wes saw he needed help, got a jack, and tried to patch it for him. Just to have someone try to help my son when he's in a different State with no family around means the world to me. He hasn't lived there a week yet and these people have gone above and beyond. So happy to have him in this community!

Been trying trying to get in touch with someone, they only send texts and then they stop responding. One phone number won’t even work. Definitely wi be contacting the real estate owner. I’m sure they are unaware of poor service plus they’re missing out on money.
