I’m a current resident, I moved in & loved everything about this place. It totally went downhill. They bumped rent up $300 for the next year yet we cant have a functioning pool or privacy gates that work. The gates worked maybe 1 week out of the year I’ve lived here. Every entrance into the complex is open, no security to this place whatsoever. “Security guard” doesn’t help if every entrance is open. Pool hasn’t worked since May. Not sure where the money is going but it’s definitely not into the amenities. Be sure not to ask about reimbursement though, they will say amenities are free

We had a fairly good experience at Waverly until about January 2022. Then, there was a change in staff, and Sam has been wonderful. If she had run the office the whole time we were there, I'd give a five-star review. She went above and beyond to make up for past issues. Thanks, Sam!

Sam was very disrespectful and careless…she took our security deposit and application fee just to deny us after two weeks. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy…here’s a fair warning ⚠️ DON’T DO IT!
