I filled out a application for these apartments. I was going to turn it in until I realize how rude the property manager was. She is really nasty and that is if no one is better than her. I understand that we all have fallen on hard time but you don't have to treat us like we're nothing just because we need help at this time. her attitude alone is what turned me away from this place. Someone really needs to teach her so customer service.

Apartment need to be updated, apartment #40 .. Patio door needs to be fix, carpet needs to be change in bedrooms, bathrooms needs updating..also vents filters need to be change...

What time do you open
I'm not sure whether they accept section 8 vouch I live in a home and I just picked up someone from there and they said they like it it's nice and clean one of the few apartment buildings that I visit doing my Lyft driving that is clean
These apartments are income based. Deposit and rent depends on the income of the household. Applications are free and must be filled out in order to be placed on the waitlist. Waitlist is anywhere from 6 months to a year. After a year if your number hasn't come up, you must update your application in order to remain on the list.
