Bleh

1. My door looks straight at my neighbor and his balcony. He would talk on his phone day and night outside at 11pm where I can hear everything he says because my bedroom window is less than 10 feet away from his balcony. Sad I can’t complain about this to the office bc I know they don’t care and won’t do anything about it. He slams doors in the morning waking me up. 2. Apartments have water spots on ceilings and are currently peeling. Nothing has been done about it in a few months despite them knowing about it. 3. Girl in the office has got a bad attitude and does not care about clients. 4. AC filter hasn’t been changed in a year.

I would give this no star if I could. Worst costumer service ever. They just steal you money when you apply for their application and then denying you for no reason. Help you self and look some where else.

I was trying see when housing would be available and the lady kept hanging up on me that so sad I was willing to wait but I can see now the office people are rude.

I've lived in these apartments around 5 years time. It's a very quiet apartment complex. It's location is excellent (very close to grocery store, fast food, laundry mat etc). The office staff is polite and I've always felt like a valued tenant. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place on Southside Savannah.
