This is what the bathroom looks like after they fixed a pipe that was leaking into the wall. If you zoom in, you can see a tiny roach that probably got in through the wall. 🤦‍♀️

Andrew Dimarzio is amazing! He was thorough, detailed, and explained what he was doing. He was coming to fix the air conditioner fan in my apartment, but he found other things that needed to be fixed. He took his time and checked...rechecked all of his work. Ashley River apartments have struck gold with him!

Overall this is a good place to live. The apartments are in good shape and most of the other tenants are decent, professional people. The office staff are friendly and responsive and the maintenance staff (Eric DiMarzio) address issues quickly. The grounds keeping is maintained weekly and the amenities are almost always available to use. A another plus is that this community is very dog friendly.
