We stay here twice a year. Across the street from Stewart's Sandsports where you can rent sxs or have yours worked on. Dollar store is right beside. You can park your truck and trailer and put your sxs right in front of your door. Offroad Access road straight from parking lot to north gate entrance to dunes. Super nice unload once for entire trip. Access road also goes to gas station "Hammerheads" so you can refuel and get food without moving your truck. If you are like us and ride all day and only crash in the room to sleep and right back out, It is everything you need.

Most generally it is clean and well stocked. If you need anything, Gene up at the front desk is always smiling and ready to get ya whatever it is you need. If it isn't available at the moment he will make sure you have it as soon as it is available.

Clean place to stay, and excellent employee/owner friendliness, General room Maintenace is lacking though, door Handles not working/ not catching, TVs need replaced, make a super loud squealing sound. Overall still a favorite place to stay while playing in the sand.
