We had a terrible experience. We booked a 2BR 2 Queen beds room. The room is spacious and generally well equiped. It also includes a hot tub which we did not use. There is a nice outdoor pool in the hotel and the staff at reception is very kind. Although it is a no-smoking hotel, there was a strong cigarette smell in the room. It is probably since the furniture is rather old, or maybe the no-smoking policy is not maintained. In addition, we had ants in the suite kitchen. In the morning we went for the dining room for breakfast. There were ants everywhere, including in the vicinity of the bread/bagels. This was disgusting... we noted to the dining room staff that there are ants everywhere, but it seems that they did not care too much. We left the dining room and the hotel and went somewhere else.

Bed was decently comfy and I slept well. However, we reserved a room online before arriving, yet somehow we were assigned a room that already had someone staying in it? Awkward. After going back to the front desk we were assigned a new room, which smelled STRONGLY of cigarettes. I mean like someone had just lit one up immediately before us arriving. The room also hadn't been very thoroughly cleaned as I found someone's used coffee bag in the coffee maker the next morning. This place is okay if you're in a pinch I guess, but I would literally stay anywhere else next time.

Large rooms. Ours had a large jetted tub. Pool heater was replaced the day we got there, so too cold to swim. The pool is nice and large. No hot tub. Good, hot breakfast.

We had a suite (122) and loved it. Everything was clean.Comfy bed. Loved the jacuzzi. Nice gym. Free breakfast. View into the garden from our room was nice. Extra shout out to Chris at front desk (he helped us plug in our electric car every night)
