We have been with in this storage area for almost 2 years. When they changed to StoragePRO I didn’t really have much contact with them until today. They were so great! We lost our keys and they were able to get the lock off for us and let me borrow one in the meantime because we’re moving out anyways. If I ever have to get a storage unit again, this is where I’m coming. Customer service was fantastic! My 6 year old talked to the employee the entire time and he was a great sport about it. Thank you!

Yes, all of our storage units are ground floor. No need to use stairs or elevators to access your belongings!
