Horrible experience. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.They take advantage of people when times are the worst, during Covid, the Fires rates went up. Frankly I would not even give them one star if this would post without one. They should. get a moon.

I found a great storage unit on the ground floor and my experience with Cricket was awesome. It was super easy and paperwork was simple. The units are clean and a light was provided in my 10x10 unit. The security is as one would expect with gate codes. Locks are available at the office if you don’t have the requied kind of secure, round Masterlock padlock. The lock cost me about $15. It’s the same lock used by Public Storage. Reasonable insurance was offered for $2k or $5k coverage. You can use your own insurance, too. Note the office hours and facility hours are different. The daily access hours are the same everyday. The office closes earlier.

I have always had a great experience here. Nice staff. Clean units. Safe property. This is my go to spot when I need extra storage. Ive rented with them numerous times. Highly recommended

I moved my belonging to this storage after having a suspicious theft at another local storage business. This staff was friendly, helpful and always around when I had questions or needed a hand. The units were nice and clean for a reasonable price and I never once saw scruffy people huddled in narrow dark units full of bicycle parts. Hmmmmm🤔🤔 wonder where THEY came from? I've never had a single problem since moving there and feel comfortable in recommending them highly. Good place, dedicated staff equals safe storage
